Parlay Betting
A parlay bet combines multiple individual bets into a single wager, requiring all selections to win for a payout. It offers higher potential winnings but carries increased risk compared to separate bets. Popular in sports betting, parlay bets involve combining outcomes from different games or matches, such as point spreads or moneylines. While they provide an opportunity for significant winnings with a single wager, it's important to note the higher likelihood of losing the entire bet.
How To Calculate Parlay Odds
To calculate parlay odds manually, the easiest way is to first convert the odds to decimal format and then multiply all the decimal odds together. You can use our betting odds calculator to help you convert your odds to decimal format. This will give you the combined odds for your parlay. Finally, you can calculate the potential total payout by multiplying the combined odds by your bet amount. Remember to subtract your original wager to determine the profit.
For example if you wanted to combine two bets into a parlay.
Bet #1 has odds of 1.5 (-200) and Bet #2 has odds of 2 (100). You would multiply 1.5 * 2 = 3 (+200).
